At Wholesale B2B, we aim to ensure a smooth and transparent return and refund process for all our wholesale iPhone customers.


1. Return Policy (30 Days)

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • Must include original packaging and accessories

  • Must include proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)

  • Devices must not be activated, altered, or tampered with


2. How to Start a Return

  • Photos (if item is damaged or defective)

Important:
Returns must be approved before sending. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once approved, we will provide:

  • Return instructions

  • Return shipping label (if applicable)


3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A defective iPhone

  • A damaged shipment

  • Incorrect product/model

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. We will evaluate and resolve the issue promptly (replacement or refund).


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or activated iPhones

  • Items not in original condition or packaging

  • Bulk orders with tampered seals

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or special-order products


5. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.

To replace an item:

  1. Return the original item (after approval)

  2. Place a new order for the desired product


6. EU Customers – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.

Conditions:

  • Item must remain unused and sealed

  • Must include original packaging and proof of purchase


7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: up to 10 business days

Please note:

  • Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund

  • If 15 business days have passed after approval and you have not received your refund, contact us at rotoaristos@proton.me


8. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, wrong item), we will cover return shipping

  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs


9. Bulk Orders (B2B Terms)

Due to the nature of wholesale iPhone transactions:

  • Returns for large-volume orders may be subject to inspection and approval

  • Restocking fees may apply in certain cases

  • Custom agreements may override standard return terms
